Further appeal in favour of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi's release

Strasbourg, 05/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted in Strasbourg on Thursday, the European Parliament calls for the immediate release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, of the National League for Democracy (LND), who has been held prisoner for the past three months by the military party in power, the State Council for Peace and Development (CEPD).
