05/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Permanent Representatives of the EU (Coreper) decided on Thursday to set up an "ad hoc" group in charge of creating a European agency for the development of the EU's military capacities. This group, which will be made up of representatives of Member States and will work in close collaboration with Coreper, will hold its first meeting on Monday.
