ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

Dutch-Swedish group, AKZO NOBEL, is going to sell three of its large chemical sector subsidiaries to CATALYSTS, COATING RESINS and PHOSPHORUS CHEMICALS. A KZO NOBEL is expecting a turnover of around EUR 1 bn from these subsidiaries.
