ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) water

French company SUEZ has announced the sale of its US subsidiary ONDEO NALCO (annual turnover EUR 2.8 bn with 10,000 employees in 120 countries), specialised in water purification, to an investment group - GOLDMAN SACHS CAPITAL PARTNERS, BLACKSTONE GROUP and APOLLO MANAGEMENT, who will hold equal stakes in the new company.
