05/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has stated that, just a few hours after filing Seoul's complaint in Geneva (see EUROPE of 4 September, p.10), it received a request for consultation on the part of South Korea on the subject of specific, targeted aid that the Union has granted to its shipyards since last year.
