Monday's launch of negotiations for programming structural funds in Estonia from 2004-2006 (EUR 700 million)

Brussels, 05/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 8 September the European Commission will begin negotiations with the Estonian authorities for programming around EUR 700 million of structural funds for Estonia between 2004-2006 as part of the European cohesion funds. At the European Council of Copenhagen, the Fifteen decided to allocate this country almost 386 million in Union structural funds and 312 million from cohesion funds.
