Fini lays out Italian presidential method for intergovernmental conference

Strasbourg, 04/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a press conference in Strasbourg on Wednesday, Italian Vice Prime Minister, Gianfranco Fini provided the press with indications on the methodology to be used by the Presidency during the IGC's work on the draft Constitution.
