04/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is to meet on Monday 8 September in Naples, at the invitation of the Italian parliament. The meeting, to be opened by the president of the House of Representatives, Pier Ferdinando Casini, will be devoted to a number of aspects including immigration, reform of the civil service, the institution of ombudsman and the promotion of history of art in Europe.
