Brussels, 04/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - By approving on Tuesday the amendments of CDU MEP Ingo Schmitt (first reading, codecision), the European Parliament has supported the draft regulation for negotiating and implementing agreements on airline services between Member States and third countries. However, in the belief that the European Commission is "going too quickly", Parliament has limited its margin for manoeuvre and has favoured a three phase negotiation approach for such agreements....
