Loyola de Palacio writes to Wallonian Transport Minister on "Eurocaprail" project

Brussels, 04/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a letter to José Darras, Transport Minister for the Region of Wallonia (Belgium), dated 27 August, Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio intended to reassure the Wallonian Minister about the fate of the "Eurocaprail" project to create a reliable, high-quality Brussels-Luxembourg-Strasbourg rail link, and which was not included in the van Miert Group list of priority projects eligible for Community funding (EUROPE of 23 August, p.5).
