EDF authorised to acquire full control of EDF Trading

Brussels, 27/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised Electricité de France (EDF) to buy Louis Dreyfus's holding in their joint subsidiary EDF Trading. As a result of the transaction, EDF will control 100% of the capital of EDF Trading. EDF is the historic electricity supplier in France.
