Brussels, 21/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Günter Verheugen, Enlargement Commissioner, will be in Ukraine on 11 and 12 September in the context of the neighbourly policy that the EU hopes to establish towards its "new neighbours" after the forthcoming enlargement.
