Commission sends assent against "anti-EDF" laws in Spain and Italy

Brussels, 09/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission decided to send Spain and Italy formal requests to comply with Community law with regard to the legislation that limits the voting rights on investment in the energy sector by state-owned companies.
