Brussels, 09/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - To protest against the proposal by Valéry Giscard d'Estaing that the Euratom Treaty of 1957 should be included in the future Union Constitution, Greenpeace dumped 15 barrels of fake radioactive waste before the doors of the European Parliament when it opened the final session of the Convention's work on the future of Europe, on Wednesday.
