Brussels, 09/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - After meetings of its components on Wednesday morning, the European Convention plenary session was opened at 15: 00 hrs, revealing clear agreement between MPs and MEPs (supported by the European Commission and the political groups) to pull out the stops to make last minute changes to the future Constitutional Treaty.
