Enrique Baron and Martin Schulz satisfied following Silvio Berlusconi's apologies

Brussels, 09/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a communiqué, Enrique Baron, President of the Socialist group and the German Social Democrat, Martin Schulz, who Silvio Berlusconi had compared to a German concentration camp guard, "a kapo), said that they were "satisfied" with the regrets expressed by the President of the European Council to the President of the European Parliament Pat Cox for his remarks (see EUROPE yesterday p 5).
