EP refuses to accept Commission's justification for delays in making payments at the start of the year

Strasbourg, 07/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the report on Thursday by Göran Färm (PES, Sweden), the European Parliament expressed “deep concern” that the overall execution of credits in the first four months of 2003 is lower than in the same months of 2002.
