Parliamentary Assembly criticises United States for attempting to undermine International Criminal court

Strasbourg, 26/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Adopting a report by Swiss Liberal Dick Marty, the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly criticised pressure exerted by the United States on various Council of Europe member countries to get them to sign bilateral agreements limiting the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
