Launch of European Forum to observe national elections

Brussels, 26/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Forum for the observation of national elections was opened in Zagreb on 25 June. Organised by the OSCE organisation for democratic institutions and human rights, the European network for supporting democracy and elections (NEEDS), and subsidised by the European Commission, it will arrange a five-day meeting of election observers from the whole of Europe to identify strategies for enhancing the effectiveness and professionalism of observer...
