Strasbourg, 04/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - European External Relations Commissioner Chris Patten spoke, on Tuesday, on the future of transatlantic relations during a joint meeting between the WEU Assembly and the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs.
