France, Spain, Portugal request remote regions to be exempt from decoupling and degression of aid

Brussels, 30/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - In the context of negotiations on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), France, Spain and Portugal have sent the Council a memorandum in which they request that the very remote regions are exempt from any possible decoupling of aid.
