30/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council has approved a common agreement model for setting up a joint investigation team between several Member States (OJ C121 of 23 May). This will be a recommended but non-obligatory model. The framework decision on joint investigation teams was adopted one year ago (OJ L162 of 20 June 2002 and EUROPE of 22 June 2002).
