Spanish Ferrovial (construction) authorised to take over Amey

Brussels, 30/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead to Spanish group Ferrovial's plans to take exclusive control of the British company Amey. In the United Kingdom only, Amey provides railway and road management services, and facility management services.
