Approval of the scientific and technical agreement

Brussels, 20/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 13 May the Council of EU Ministers agreed to the conclusion of the Scientific and Technical Agreement between Israel and the EU. The draft is expected to be signed in the next few weeks. This agreement will allow Israel to take part in the 6th R&D programme (2003-2006) and will give Israeli research centres, universities and companies access to work carried out in this connection.
