28/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Liberal group at the European Parliament, Graham Watson, will be in Phnom-Penh on 30 April with a delegation of Liberal Democrats from Europe and Asia to assess the situation ahead of the 27 July elections and to organise a seminar on the rule of law. European Liberal Democrats are working together with the Council of Asian Liberal Democrats on the Liberal International.
