Brussels, 28/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Tuesday, Guy Verhofstadt, Belgian Prime Minister, is to receive his Luxembourg opposite number, Jean-Claude Juncker, French President Jaques Chirac and German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder for a summit on common European defence policy, a summit that he had proposed during the European Council in Brussels last March.
