28/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt is to brief the European Parliament's Committee on Security and Defence matters on Wednesday, at 11h00, on the results of the summit of Four, the chair of the parliamentary committee, Elmar Brok, was pleased to announce. He remains, however, very cautious in respect to this initiative (see following page).
