28/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has used expedited procedure to authorise two operations which do not pose any competitive problem. On one hand, the Commission has cleared the joint undertaking by Italiana Energia e Servizi (IES) by the Irish fund SGAM/AD (controlled by the French bank Société Générale) and the Portuguese group, Guggenheim Consultadoria e Serviços LDA.
