Banning from EU territory of two Bosnian nationals for failing to cooperate with the TPIY

Brussels, 17/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Council adopted, by written procedure, a common position prohibiting the entry and transit on EU territory of individuals who help persons sought by the Legal Tribunal of ex-Yugoslavia (TPIY). These sanctions concern, for the moment, two Bosnians: Milovan Bjelica ('Ciko') and Momcilo Mandic ('Momo'). However, the list is not exhaustive and can be updated as required.
