European Commission sends reasoned opinion to Austria and Italy to comply with Community law

Brussels, 04/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, as we had previously indicated, the European Commission decided to send Italy a reasoned opinion formally requesting it to comply with Community law with regard to the purchase of helicopters intended for fighting forest fires and to the renewal of the concession for the distribution of gas in the municipality of Naples.
