Luxembourg, 21/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Maria Eugenia Ribeiro will be the Portuguese judge of the EU Court of First Instance, to replace the current judge, Rui Manuel Gens de Moura Ramos, who has just been appointed judge and vice-president of the Portuguese constitutional Court (see EUROPE of 8 February 2003, p.17).
