"Yes to Europe" campaign

Brussels, 21/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the European Liberals (ELDR) summit prior to the Spring European Council (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7), the President of the European Parliament's Liberal Group, Graham Watson, officially launched the "Yes to Europe" campaign, pushing for "Yes" votes in the referendums to be held in the European Union accession countries (Malta has already held its referendum).
