17/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Philippe de Fontaine Vive Curtaz has been named Vice-President of the European Investment Bank. His responsibilities within the EIB's management team will cover loan and treasury policy and the Bank's activities on the stock market, as well as its funding operations in France and for the Facility for Euro-Mediterranean Investment and Partnership.
