Brussels, 17/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - EU agriculture ministers negotiations over reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in Brussels on Monday did not make any breakthroughs. The Presidency and the Commission, however, would like the reforms to be decided in June. Only the UK, Denmark, Sweden and, to a lesser extent, Germany, support most of the elements of the Commission's package.
