Brussels, 17/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The main issues to be addressed by the External Relations Council, to be held on Tuesday in Brussels, will be the situation in Iraq and the Balkans, mainly the takeover of the NATO operation in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). During the morning, on the fringe of the Council, cooperation councils will be held between the EU and the Ukraine, on one hand, and between the EU and Moldova, on the other.
