07/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - CAF (Charities Aid Foundation), the Stefan Batory Foundation, Euro Citizen Action Services (ECAS) and the Polish NGO Bureau in Brussels will be organising a Forum on European Citizenship on 21-22 March in Warsaw, in an effort to stimulate the debate on European citizens' rights.
