28/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the Council reached a political agreement on a proposal for a framework decision establishing harmonisation in the definition of and the sanctions for attacks against computer systems. On the other hand, no progress was made on recognition of fines. EUROPE will come back to this.
