Wednesday, Greece once more attempts to find agreement over jurisdiction of Community patent - Germany more flexible

Brussels, 25/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Greece should try to find an agreement over the jurisdictional system, that will deal with disputes linked to the ownership of the future Community patents, during the meeting of Permanent Representatives for the member states, on Wednesday in Brussels. The aim is to create a common political approach during the 'Competitiveness' Council on 3 March.
