Green light for joint venture between Pon and Nimbus

Brussels, 25/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the creation of a joint venture between transport equipment products maker Pon Holdings BV and investment company Nimbus Investment III. Both companies are based in the Netherlands.
