Brussels, 17/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - By accelerated procedure, the European Commission has authorised the joint control of VM Motori (Italy) by the Penske Group (USA) and DaimlerChrysler (USA/Germany) in the car sector and the acquistion of the pay digital TV platform, Premiere Fernsehen (Germany) by British venture capital company Schroders Ventures.
