Brussels, 17/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - In 2003, the Commission will allocate a €15 million aid package to help meet humanitarian needs in Burundi, a country that has been destabilised by several civil wars since 1993 and which is threatened by famine resulting from bad weather and and the looting of family food stocks in several provinces.
