Brussels, 17/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Vietnam last week completed their negotiations to try to conclude a trade agreement, declared Arancha Gonzalez, spokesperson for Commissioner Pascal Lamy, on Monday. The parties agreed that the EU would increase its annual import quotas for textiles and clothing to a value of 200 million euros.
