30/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Michel Bouvard, Deputy at the French National Assembly and Vice-President of the "Conseil général de Savoie", has been elected chairman of the executive committee of the European association for representatives of mountainous areas (AEM). He will replace Luciano Caveri, Italian member of the Liberal Group and Chair of the Committee on regional policy, transport and tourism at the European Parliament.
