According to survey users are satisfied with most essential services but want better transport

Brussels, 29/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to a Eurobarometer survey organised by the European Commission, consumers are satisfied with the quality of so-called "essential services but levels of satisfaction vary according to the service and 40 % feel prices are still too high. The "Eurobarometer 58 survey special edition" also indicates that providers of essential services are continuing to meet or exceed their universal service obligations and access to services at affordable prices...
