29/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union has added two new names to the European list of terrorists linked to Al-Qaeda. These are Nabil Abdul Sayadi (Alias Abu Zeinab), born in Lebanon, of Belgian nationality since September 2001, Director of the Fondation Secours Mondial Belgique, and his wife Patricia Vinck, of Belgian nationality.
