Experts and parliamentarians discuss shortcomings in TAKE-OVERS directive and text focusing on value of actions rather than ENTERPRISE strategies

Brussels, 29/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - "Good but could do better", was the judgement of experts on the draft take-overs directive during a hearing on Tuesday in Brussels, organised by the legal and single market committee at the European Parliament.
