Brussels, 27/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on Friday that it is pursuing infringement procedures against Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Spain, Finland, Germany and Greece for failing to comply with an EU law requiring that an environmental impact assessment (EIA) be carried out on public and private projects.
