Brussels, 27/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Plenary session of the EP, the second session in Brussels will facilitate discussions on the crises in Iraq and North Korea (see EUROPE 23 January p 6) and the next session of the Committee on Human Rights (in Geneva from 17 March-4 April). The Committee will make a declaration on the ending of trade barriers with the poorest countries. Here is the agenda, which will be subject to change:
