Brussels, 27/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - This week the Presidium of the European Convention is preparing the plenaries of 5-6 February, notably in the editing of the draft Articles of the future Constitution (see EUROPE 18 January p 3). It is seeking to adopt a mandate for the experts in charge of drafting the Articles that request purely formal adaptations.
