19/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EPP-ED Party at the European Parliament has attributed to its former member, Oto von Habsburg (who served from 1979 to 1999 as a member), the status of honorary member. The descendant of the Austrian-Hungarian emperors, who is now 90 years of age, recalled that enlargement of the European Union has been one of his priorities since the first European elections.
